Each day can be replaced with something different if needed for dietary restriction or preferences reasons, this is just a starting point for our patients. Exercise is important when we look at fat loss and weight management. All too often burnout becomes a thing because there is too much sacrifice for not enough outcome. We encourage small-attainable physical activity goals to be paired with out packages. We recommend trying to take 10k/steps per day if you are not already on a workout regimen. Walking can be the easiest and most effective way to implement physical activity into your daily activities.
